Overlooking the Thames this penthouse had been reconfigured by the architects to give an expansive living area. Over two floors the bedrooms were on the entrance level and the open plan living space above. Most of the furniture was bespoke beause of resricted access into the building and flat.
We worked closely with architects (Form Studio), the Contractor and the Audio Visual specialist on this project.
A new build triplex penthouse we were recomended to the client by the architect. The client engaged us as the build was completing as wanted to have a scheme that softened the modern architecture. We worked closely with the architect to ensure the scheme enhanced the modern architecture elements of their design.
This six story town house was remodelled, by the architects, from offices to become an extensive home with a screening room and gym. Filled with light it is a calm oasis in bustling Covent Garden. We worked closely with the architects (Form Studio), contractors (3 Interiors) and AV specialist (Link Media Systems) to achieve a turn key project for the client.
Bespoke items of furniture were designed in house to sit beside classic Italian designed pieces and some mid century classic designs.

This Grade II listed 17 century Cotswold manor house was a 3 year project. The house was completely renovated and adapted to modern life. 17th century furniture was sourced and the beds were made from 17th century panelling from a church.
The courtyards were cobbled with cobbles reclaimed from road. They were hand laid over a period of a year.
The Barn was remodelled to accommodate a classic car collection, swimming pool changing facilities and self contained accommodation.
Two cottages within the estate were also renovated to accommodate staff.
Grade II Nash House overlooking Regents Park. Reconfiguration of internal planning and a partial re-fit of the space. A new garage, with a gym over it , was added to the side of the house. A full specification of finishes, some furniture and fittings.
This unusual triangular shaped house is spread over six floors. With a principle room per floor that is connected by a sinuous spiral staircase that creates a vertical flow. We worked closely with architects Form Studio, Contractor and AV specialist on this project. The unusual staircase was designed by Form Studio. Access up the triangular staircase made it necessary for some of the furniture to be bespoke these were designed in house.
We completely re-modelled and extended into the roof space above our clients flat on the top floor of a large Edwardian house. We increased the usable floor area to give another bedroom, shower room and utility storage area. The kitchen and joinery were bespoke and designed in house to maximise the usability of the space.
