A Bermondsey Wall duplex penthouse apartment with an open plan living area with unusual wing roof and stunning views over the Thames, Tower Bridge and the City of London.

The open plan living space spans the full length of the apartment opening onto a terrace over looking the Thames, Tower Bridge and the City of London. We partnered with the architects FORMstudio who completely reconfigured the duplex apartment. The client wanted us to create a design that honoured the new configuration but added and element of softness to the overall scheme.

A bespoke sofa unit was the largest we have made being over 5 meters and was upholstered in Kvadrat fabric. The bespoke dining table was a flamed mahogany finish and is surrounded by Eames DKR-2 chrome dining chairs with leather seats. The abstract painting in the dining area is by George Meyer-Wiel. In the principle bedroom the bespoke bed sat against a suede upholstered wall and a reading area with Maxalto’s Amoneus round sofa was place to take full advantage of the view of Tower Bridge.
