Gainsborough Gardens

We were approached by the client to be the interior designer for this Hampstead project. In the heart of Hampstead Village backing onto the heath, this top floor apartment within a Grade II Listed Edwardian House was extended into the loft space to create a second bedroom, shower room and laundry area within the loft space. The existing flat space was reconfigured to give an open plan living room and kitchen and the main bedroom an ensuite bathroom.

We designed the kitchen which was produced for us by a joinery company specialising in kitchens ensuring the quality of the material finish was extremely high. We produced a full interiors package for the builders of bathroom and shower room designs, lighting design, material finishes and specifications, ironmongery.

The intention was for the property to be let out unfurnished.
