In St Giles Circus in the heart of Central London, bordering Soho and Fitzrovia, this town house was completely reconfigured. The Flatiron 2 bedroom house on a triangular footprint, with one principle room on each of its five floors. Was rigorously planned to by the architects FORMstudio. The staircase creating a sinuous flow twisting through the house.

There were a few challenges, one was to maintain the light whilst affording some privacy. The room layouts were pre determined so some of the furniture had to be brought in flat and assembled on site.
